Now I have come to ask--does the Spiralscale/Drake Scale mail resemble the female figure?
Or not?
I've seen many manly guys wear it.

As someone with a blue personal color I enjoy anything of the "cool" variant, and the Wyvern Scale Mail is one of the few armors that has the "cool" color scheme. It is certainly more masculine than the Silvermail.
For the same reason I really like the simplicity of all the scale armors, as they each follow a basic color scheme (spiral - fancy, drake - dusky, wyvern - cool, dragon - toasty).

The dragon scale helm is used by males (I had one, but ended up selling it) sometimes, I don't often see guys wearing a full set. But everyone likes different things. Heck, there are some guys that go around in tailed helms, and nobody really cares.
