Um...tell me how you are going to make a guild the best when you aren't even at end game gear. Those guilds everyone talks about normally only have 5* people allowed in.

So let me get this straight...
Just because someone isn't at endgame stuff doesn't mean they shouldn't be in a popular, or makes a good guild. In fact, if you reached that 5* endgame point, why would you need one? The point of a guild is to support and survive together as a team, not be a fashion/popularity contest.
I'll shoot you an invite to our guild. We're nice, and we don't care what gear you have, as long as you are nice, reliable, and don't stumble too hard.

Very good guilds usually have a positive correlation with being very well known. Therefore, if you're looking for a "not very known guild," I'm not sure they would be the best guild possible, if such a thing can ever be determined.
However, I do find your enthusiasm very uplifting. Go you!
