If you can all stop whining about CE prices for the rest of the week, i'll sell a batch of 20 CE, that's 2000 CE, at the reduced price of 6400 CR each, to those who send all their CE is too high, lower CE, and anything of the like, to the graveyard.

I think what he's saying is that he will sell CE at a reduced price to everyone who graveyard's a thread they made about CE prices being too high.
