Iunctus Nos Sto (United We Stand) is a newly created guild dedicated to highly social players. We are a very friendly lot, who value friendship, working together, and having fun! We also like running with each other, respecting each other as well as helping each others! We usually run FSC and JK (Royal Jelly Palace to you newer players). We respect teamwork and having fun overall. We are also professional players and we expect everyone to show his maximum as well as us.
We expect our guild members to be highly social, if not when anyone logs in even just a "Hi" will do.
We also expect everyone of our members to understand how the ranks go. We also don't like begging and swearing on guild chat or officer chat. If you swear please try to keep it to the minimum!

Ranks

Recruit
Recruit is a basic rank for everyone who joins the guild. We expect every recruit to have at least 3* gear set.We expect from recruits to be the most social they can as well as good knowlegde for this game!

Members
Member is a higher rank than recruit which can be achieved on a run with a veteran or higher. Make sure to do your best while on it because after the run, the person you've ran with reports everything you did to a officer or a GM. We have NO gear requirements for member but nevertheless we except the player to have a better knowlegde for the game. Like how gates work, stratums, heat and all of that. Also we expect a lot more teamwork from our members ^_^. If you wanna become a member please ask any veteran or higher. If they think you have what it takes to become a member they will consider your petition, if not, well, better luck next time ^_^.

Veterans
Veteran is a higher rank than member that can be achieved on a petition run with an Officer or GM! We expect a lot from out veterans. Please note that every veteran MUST make a report after running with anyone in guild. If the player the vet ran with is good just type that out in a message in-game. If no type out what he should practice and also make sure you tell them after the run!

Officers
Officers are similar to veterans only they have the ability to invite people in guild as well as promote and demote them. We expect the officers to invite people in guild BUT not to promote. Officers can demote but only if the player is swearing, threatening or something like that. If the player continues to abuse for non-sence he can be kicked. Also officers CAN NOT abuse their powers or else a demote is coming. The bigger the conflict, the bigger the demote.
