The in game purchase page on Steam isn't currently working (Fails to get packages), so at the moment it's really not going to help the market.. =(
15% isn't enough of an incentive really, that's what 525 Ish extra CE on a 3500 purchase.

Won't see much of a difference.
If they had brought back the 20k for 30$, then yes, but an extra 3k CE isn't enough to get people to drop the money (on the 20k pack). It's a nice gesture, but won't affect the market.

Don't they usually put out an energy sale like this before a Promo Item sale? I seem to recall people complaining about spending money on the energy sale when they could have waited for the Promo Item.

I thought they did a 40% energy boost a while ago, and that only stabilized the price from 7.4k and rising down to 7.2k-7.3k
It'll probably drop CE a little bit until they can finish the next promo.
Attempt to lower CE market, should work pretty well
