Manlet, I'll give you a bump because of the swag you seem to have in Haven.
@Storm, the built-in bonus has not effect on the price. If it had shadow and curse resistance low (both low), the UVs are practically worthless. 5k CE sounds reasonable, maybe more like 4.5k. I could roll one time with Punch (2 UV ticket), buy a Vog Cub Coat, and get a better armor (in terms of UV) with less money spent.
