I don't know what's up with the buying CE thing, but I am sure that it is having an effect on the 15% extra promo that's going on. I know a lot of people were waiting for just about ANY promo to buy CE... and they can't currently due to the bug. It has to be cutting into the profits. I do hope that OOO either extends the promo or does it again when the issue is fixed so that those that planned to buy during it can.
