The bomb is, unfortunately, bound: I will need 600CE up front to unbind it. After that, I charge only 400ce for the bomb.

The Beast High UV is highly worth it, as it makes the bomb similar to the Spine Cone line when used against beasts... but without the disadvantages of being weak against constructs and slimes.

TL:DR Super Blast Bomb with BEAST HIGH: 1000CE (600 up front for unbind, 400 additional)

You misunderstand. I'm accepting such a Troika as payment for my Super Blast Bomb in place of CE, should someone wish to do so.
