I'm not gonna throw a list of arguments to justify why it should be made possible, but I'm sure plenty players could afford the 5.95$ it costs and would LOVE to be able to "subscribe" to Spiral Knights with money they've already spend on their mobile phone bill anyway (personnally I always have a small reminder from that phone bill money I can't manage to spend just by phoning...).

It requires to go through PayByCash option, and then, ta-daaa, there's a Boku paying option. Funny fact, the price is actually pretty close to your estimation Asukalan. Thread oughta be closed.
Hey, if they would allow that, be sure it WONT COST 5.95$. It would cost you about 12$ since mobile payment service hosts take enormous fees for their services.
