A Max Stun cloak (or hood, i forget) just sold for 208,000 cr in the AH.
When i bought my max stun hood/cloak set, it was 201,000 cr for each piece in the AH as well.
So probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 3000+ CE, depending on how much CE is trading for.
Edit: That said, i'm somewhat surprised that it sold for 208kcr recently, since a Stun UV isn't nearly as helpful for the Grey Feather set as it used to be.
