Out of jelly/quicksilver,
Out of jelly/quicksilver, quicksilver is better. They are essentially the same piece of armor, but quicksilver gives speed up while jelly has a worthless sleep bonus that effectively guards against nothing.
Quicksilver is better than wolver lines (notably skolver) if you're using bombs+guns, without emphasis on swords. If you did go with your ash tail, I'd recomend making vog first purely so that you can get to FSC better. Vog is a good starting armor for FSC, and will give you good boosts against the fire, but you probably already know this. If you want a piercing armor to go with your vog/snarbolax, I'd recommend getting mercurial if you're planning on using mixed weapons, like silversix with RSS.

for the reasons fehzor already stated, but i personally can´t recommend using mercurial at all.
it was one of my 1st 5* items and i expected a great increasement of faster running... indeed it is not worth the 800ce. might be interesting for bombers, ye, but for endgame bombers the mercurial demo suit is the far better alternative.

How well does Mercurial work
How well does Mercurial work with gunslingers? I haven't tried it but I imagine the speed bonus is somewhat more useful as Handguns slow down the user's movement speed both while charging up a Charge shot and also while just firing normal shots.

And MSI med is not too noticeable (on the full set). It basically allows you to charge most bombs while walking at normal speed. Albeit this is from observing others. I don't have my how because the CE price is too dam high!
That being said, you get Quicksilver for the shock resist IMO.

None, because they don't have any attack bonus. Choose another helm. Judging from your weapons, probably a wolver line helm.
