I love SK fashion blogs.
I love SK fashion blogs. Moar! The combinations people come up with never cease to amaze me. There's a set amount of equipment in the game, and still there are people who you can identify on sight in Haven, without looking at their names, because of their awesome getups.
@Venomousbiohazard: I took about four years of Latin and loved it. Not only did it help me with my SATs, it improved my English, Spanish, and Portuguese because all of a sudden I knew WHY some of the weird quirks and spellings in those languages were the way they were, and I could predict others. If you ever get the chance, take a little bit of Ancient Greek, too.

I'm taking my first year of it. Guess what? It's the last half term, and i still know almost NOTHING. As soon as i can, i'm quitting. Are teacher is so bad. My teacher has no control over the class, so nobody learns much, but a few people do. Of course, i really need to do it, because it's meant to help me in the things i do worst ('cept ICT. Nobody in my class beats me in that.) I want to design games and my dad says latin helps :'(
but anyway, Cropped would be nice. People who complain of full vog and fov etc, they're there (i know basic grammar O.o) because there made to look good with each other. So they do :P
Noticing people by gear...I think I know one person.

Well, you could start cropping your future images... and if Pladypus cropped them for you, how would they get on the blog?
In case you didn't know, Tumblr makes it quite simple for you to replace images. You just hit edit and "replace photo" if you used a photo post. It is a re-upload, but you can keep things in the order you already had them and with their captions and what not.
But like I said before, if you're really too lazy to re-upload, no reason to not start cropping now. And I would also tag your posts with Spiral Knights. A lot of players who are also on Tumblr track the SK tag, but won't see your blog otherwise. That would be a good way to draw attention to yourself. I have an SK blog, but it's not specifically a fashion one... more of an endless screenshot dump <3 (Though half my posts are of other players' outfits.)

I know how that is, really. I have 4000+ photos on Flickr, and I've had them stolen without credit before, so I put my Flickr on friends and family only. I've considered watermarking them and re-uploading at smaller sizes so that I can have my photostream public again, but it's not worth the effort. But that's no reason that you can't start cropping your new images before you post them. It's just good design. If you don't care if anyone looks at your blog, then don't bother. But your audience so far has requested cropping. Personally, I make it a part of my pre-posting process. I crop any screenshot I want to post and don't crop the ones I took for myself or the rejects. It can also serve to protect people's conversations, whether in public, guild chat, or tells.

It's fine, I don't really care about fashion BUT the blog needs to be more... attractive. Maybe make a background or something to attract more followers?
the layout looks too simple. Try looking at http://spiralvogue.tumblr.com/ or http://spiralmeetschanel.tumblr.com/ 's layout.
Also, you could talk more about the fashions you post. One sentence each is kinda boring, and you do NOT want to make your readers bored.
There should also be an intro at the top of the page, so your readers will know what they're looking at.
And last but not least, CROP THE PHOTOS! Nobody wants to see the seemingly interesting chat in the background there.
And now I will go back to peeling durians.
