Neither. All those who use blast bomb lines in a party should be exterminated.

Nitro. Don't listen to the haters, it's great. I remember this one time, I was with two other randoms. And they died. So i got the gremlins in a box and nitro'd them to death! Great fun. Impressed the dead people.
Heavy Deconstructor does not do enough damage to make up for the fact that it can't go to 5*. So if you do master, you can then get nitro, and that's really what you want. Get the heavy deconstructor when you've made every useful item you want and just want a collection.

Better idea than Delardino: Make the haze bombs, the RSS, AND the Nitro (Which is MBB first)! Who needs fancy Flourishes and Brandishes when you can just blow the [expletive] out of the enemy?
But be careful with Nitro. I think people really like to pin the blame on the bomber, and sometimes it's plain not the bomber's fault. But nonetheless, be aware of your party members. Of course, if your Nitro will knock the enemies down, you have nothing to worry about. And Nitro is excellent for solo play.
Also, Delardino, Y U NO MENTION VORTEX? Vortex is one of the best bombs you'll find for groups.
People don't use the deconstructor line, usually.
