Let me get this across...
We, P2P players, are not rich from this. This would mean there would be competition for prices and that brings down prices. It would also require us to have a desire to use our CE to get crowns. We're not selling our CE because we see no benefit in selling it. What's to be gained from selling CE? Gaining crowns? And what are we supposed to do with those? Another CE promo would bring prices down for two reasons. Players would buy CE for the prizes, and if they didn't get the one they wanted, they would sell CE to make enough crowns to buy it in AH. That's how the systems work. Gotta entertain the P2P for F2P to able to keep progressing.

I've always said that the day T2 was no longer profitable is the day I would stop playing SK. Even as a T3/SL P2P'er, I'm not going to support a game that is so inaccessible to new players.
Naturally, I have stopped playing. I probably won't resume for the foreseeable future. When a long-term solution to SK's inaccessibility is fixed, I will think about giving OOO my money again.

Actually, the F2P populace are the cause of rising CE prices. They aren't buying CE with cash, they are using in game currency. The people with CE aren't selling, hence the higher demand for CE. More people buying ce and selling on teh market is what brings down the market. The so called "rich" players haven't caused this, as we aren't buying CE with crowns either. We are waiting for CE prices to drop under 6.5k to start buying.
Solution to high CE: Buy CE with monies and sell for crowns.

i am going to hate saying this but i think OOO's/SEGA need to make ce at a fixed rate, or set the buy and sell rate with some type of limit so it cannot go above a certain amount. there i said it, even though it will never happen, but then i hope it will cause this is getting nuts.

But that's wrong. The entire Firestorm Citadel plus Vanaduke is 5 floors. In those 5 floors, you would get 7000 to 8000 crowns. Repeat twice and you have made a total of 16000 crowns plus 6 tokens, which can be used [if repeated 5 for times] for purchasing a 5 star piece of equipment and selling it for 30000 crowns.

Besides that, I didn't care much for raging over the CE prices. They go up, big deal, Imma deal with it.

So, I've decided I'm going to repost this comment everytime someone posts one of these threads so players will think about how this system works. This also gets those who are raging up to speed why players are getting peeved about seeing these.
