These things give way less money/heat than just doing a normal level/arena/graveyard. Is this intentional?
I actually want to avoid them most of the time.

Primal Sparks are worth 240
Primal Sparks are worth 240 crowns a piece just from selling the Hearthstone Pendant to a vendor, keep that in mind next time you leave a treasure vault with 3+ of them.

Not to mention, treasure boxes are the only way to get cool things like the Quicksilver Helm. More treasure boxes = more chances.

Note for jooozek, the other
Note for jooozek, the other trinkets aren't worth it. I can't report the other values because I forgot them but I remembered the only other one worth noting, the five star trinkets which cost 100 tokens, are worth 10000 crowns, but when you actually think about that, that's worth less on than buying an equivalent amount of 3 star trinkets (Hearthstone Pendant) and selling them to a vender.
Why?
5 tokens per Hearthstone Pendant = 1200 crowns.
5 tokens times 20 = 100 tokens. 1200 crowns times 20 = 24000.
Don't waste your tokens on the 5 star trinkets unless you actually want to use their effects. Plus, with the three star trinkets, you can just save them for like small emergency money.

interesting guys! didnt know it was that easy to make money off the tokens. i noted how much money i made in a treasure vault last night, only about 500, but I usually get three tokens or more so this is good news. ive been down on the treasure vaults since they didnt seem worthwhile. definitely crap heat though!

I'd recommend doing this
I'd recommend doing this mainly for primal sparks since that's the ones I see the most. The other tokens probably are useful for materials you may need in emergencies. At the very least, keep a reserve of like maybe 20 of non Primal Spark tokens.
I don't recommend jelly tokens since they can be worth more money depending on what you want to do (upgrade a sealed sword to a faust and sell it and stuff). But if you're bored or don't want to do anything with them, go for it.
Though perhaps some of the brute jelly stuff is worth 3500cr. I'm not sure.

Tokens drop a lot more often from boxes in them.
Also, I've come away from them with upwards of 800-1.2k crowns before. Not exactly a waste of time. Poor heat, though.
