Seriously, it's been months since I last got any kind of lockbox on the prize wheel. I mostly get 25 cr. Health before bosses and terminals assured. Fire vials in FSC are a must.
What did I ever do to the prize wheel?! ;~;

Yeah. The prize wheel favors those who open boxes. I think it should slightly favor those who don't.

A guildmember here just got one not too long ago in a JK run.
Personally, I haven't gotten a box in awhile too.....
Also, if anyone is wondering, the Chromalisk supposebly eats everything in your item belt. (Health/Remedy Capsules, Vials, Mecha Knight Kits.....)
I've never seen anyone get it too.

Having opened nearly a dozen
Having opened nearly a dozen lockboxes in a short space of time, I can safely say that the prize wheel does NOT always favor knights who open lockboxes. I haven't gotten one in quite a while.

I suppose it shouldn't do, because how are you going to open one if you don't have one?
AH I know, but say for arguments sake that everyone stops opening them for a few weeks, and the AH clears out. Then what?
But seriously, I've only ever gotten two, in the first few weeks of them coming out. After that, never.

there's
a big correlation to opening lockboxes and getting them. its not full proof, but if you open lockboxes, you get a lot freaking more. At one point (back before i wisened up and stopped doing them) i got like 15 in a row =O
If you tend to open all the ones you get, you tend to get a lot of them (hey thats 750ce--silver key) every time.

My experience is similar to Rommil's.
I didn't get a single Lockbox for several months, so as an experiment I started opening a few to see what would happen. After I started opening them, I began to get Lockboxes from the Prize Wheel again. I think I've received around 4 or 5 from the Prize Wheel, and I've opened 8-10 total. And I regret every single one haha.

I've seen the results of the chromalisk...
Once, when somebody dropped all their vials at once on the elevator, i thought they must have gone to Haven. Next floor, I saw them, sans pickups.
I didn't take a screenshot because this looked perfectly normal (after all, when did you last take a screenshot of somebody going to Haven?).
There's something in the code of the game, already established - the more ILBes you open, the more you get on the Prize Wheel.
And, for the record, I have got a grand total of 1 lockbox, which I got a ton of cash for on the AH.
