And there isn't any REASON not to allow full inspection. If they are a new player, they should be allowed to see what people like to use. if they are not a new player, they can tell what weapons you are using by the image alone.

I think it dates back to pvp in beta. They did it so that you opponents wouldn't know what gear you had. I think the reason they still havent changed it is because they're bringing back pvp eventually but I agree we should just be able to turn it on or off and have it stay like that instead of re allowing it everytime.

Agreed. Seems silly to have to turn it on repeatedly. Furthermore, if it's purpose was to hide your capabilities prior to PVP, shouldn't it only show your costume gear, whilst full inspect is disabled?

Do something at least. It's silly. Make it a check box in the options menu if you think it's necessary.
You know it should be perma on full and there is not a reason why it isn't. You aren't exactly hiding anything.
