Those items would let you offensively deal with each and everything.
Defensively you'd want some other gears to switch to according to the map... e.g. horned owlite shield (elemental, fire and shock) and skelly set (shadow).

Swift flourish (Better charge than twisted)
Nightblade
Shockburst brandish(if you cant be bothererd to get 300 coins for making it to 5* get Iceburst)
Horned Owlite (Elem)
Twisted Targe (Piercin+Dmg low)
Scary Skelly shield(Ditch this when you get blacened crest(Vanaduck tokens))(shadow)
Swiftstrike Buckler(Only 3* no upgrades when ur pro the ASI high will help and a norm shield)

And guys, I have some questions.
1)what should i get first, the armor or the weapons
2)Should i get the pre-crafted items or should i craft it myself?(i have 2 spare brandish's a flourish and a snarble barb)
3) (Miscellaneous) Is my Cryo Alchemer(2-star) with 2 UV's(CTR-low DB-Fiend-low) worth anything
4)Is the cautery sword useless?

I think the Swifty is better than the TT, but here...
1. This depends on how much you value your life. Weapons if you can dodge, shield if you can't dodge and don't have massive LAG, armour if you have massive LAG whether or not you are capable of dodging.
2. I'd say to craft them yourself (people on the AH always overcharge, for purposes of profit, so it is cheaper to make them). I don't know well the actual prices, though, so if any solid fact comes this way, disregard this point.
3. YES. Upgrade that as well - the price of good UVs (eg. CTR, or even, in this context, Fiend), I've heard, on 3* items greatly outweighs the upgrade cost. Upgrade, then keep/sell it as you wish, but don't vendor it.
4. Yes. The Nightblade actually does more damage against slimes, and also has explosions. In other words, if you want to go hipster in T2 lockdown, get the Cautery sword.

In sidearms, you could get either a normal gun or an elemental gun. For the explanation, see the Sidearms section of my Sword Guide.

2. I prefer to buy the 2 star stuff from AH since you need to pay 50 energy for crafting a 2 star gear. A 2 star gear only cost you about $1200 cr while 50 energy worths definitely more than just $1200 cr even we are talking about mist energy (you still save some bucks if you could use mist energy for crafting a higher ranking gear).
If you are looking for a UV gear...well,
you're planning it right. Go for Ice Brandish if possible though.
