quicksilver helm?

So, the other day I noticed someone wearing a quicksilver helm - looked like something in the jelly line, i think at 4* or 5*, gave a buff to movement speed. I'm not seeing it on the wiki. Does anyone know anythign more about it? Is the wiki just behind the times, or is it some sort of uber-rare thing?

And if the thread in the Bazaar forum is to be trusted, there is also a Quicksilver Mail (body armor piece), too. However it doesn't seem to be in the wiki for whatever reason.
I'm assuming it also is a drop from treasure boxes.

They have not appeared on the Wiki simply because no player has been reported to have those item. If it's not in a player's hand it's generally not in the wiki since there's no confirmation of players being able to use it.

Yes it's true, some guy in the bazaar is auctioning it! and I've had the guy shown me the unbounded equip in trade.

Who knows - I've only gotten
Who knows - I've only gotten 1 item in any treasure box, and it was a Crystal Bomb from a Tier 2 Red Treasure Box from : Treasure Vault
