Even if you meet "someone" that want to trade the CE to give you Steam Cash you will risk your Steam account, because they need your User and Password to add funds to your steam account. so you will lose more than a Crystal Energy. they also can scam you with telling you they will give you Steam Funds Card Code for your CE. since there isnt something that can make you be sure they will give you the code, they will ask you first the CE and Run away with your CE without giving you the Code.
So any way you see. besides to be Agaisnt the Terms of Service, also youre risking your Steam and Spiral Knights account.
If youre from U.S.A try to find those Steam Wallet Cards in your State so you can add funds to your Steam without credit card using the Prepaid Card Steam wallet card
