Being a developper myself I can ensure you the ToS already completely exonerates OOO or SEGA from any kind of responsability towards such problems. If you think it's a legitimate action to go on a legal action, your country's justice is flawed. On a sidenote, if such thing was possible and actually happened, you wouldn't have much games left to play with, and SK would have been closed monthes ago.
