I personally am not a big fan of either of the two new accessories. The Extra Vertical Vents seem to be an eyesore, as it contrasts with the more compact feeling of most knights (costume-wise). It's a similar problem with the Cat Tail, but these look a bit weird compared to an actual cat's tail. Don't call me a rage-inducer, as there haven't really been threads on these accessories. These may lower the CE prices by a max 1000 crowns, however, the demand for it is exceptionally small compared to many of the past promos. I think it's a good idea, but maybe could've been designed differently. What do you think?

It's not like there are over 3 of such a topic, specifically regarding the accessories and their impact on the CE economy. I saw one at the bottom of the first page, but it seems a bit rage-inducing. I figured to not give as much of my opinion and listen to others. Sorry for wasting the precious space on the forums.

The tails are cute in their own way, and the ears are amusing. I'm not a fan of either, really, but if they do the job of bringing down CE, i'm happy.

I actually like them.
I wanna get a toasty tail and for my shadowsun slicker and a cool tail for my Icequeen mail. They're simple and a lot less furry than wolvertails so it won't be obnoxious and I think i may try making a Chimera or Sphynx.

loooks bad.
honestly, all these flapping, wagging, waving, gyrating accessories ..... you enter haven anymore and its a twitchy eyesore. The game used to look clean, neat, tidy, awesome. Even with the advent of static accessories, they added uniqueness, while still leaving a pretty and artistically consistent presentation.
Now you join a haven and its like "what the hell is going on in here?"

Aesthetics
Most SK accessories have somehow managed a combination of elegant and cute. Which is extremely hard to do. How did they do it? And why did they stop? Because the cattail and bunny ears are unfortunately just cute, and therefore much less interesting.
On the plus side, at least somebody has finally managed to bell the cat.

my issue with this:
The art design on the ears are neither cute nor elegant. They are wonky and don't much fit the nature of the knights. Its the first thing (aside from tails tails which is what it is) that they've added that makes me scratch my head and say "huh?" It just doesn't fit with the games artistic flow.
Cat tail......um.....the closest thing i've ever encountered to a cat in SK is a Kat, and they don't have tails. Thus it makes absolutely no sense in relation to the spiral knights world. There are no cats. There are no cat-like monsters. There are no cats or catlike monsters with a tail. Its completely out of place thematically in the world of the cradle.
