I don't understand why so many recipes are limit to 1 for buy. It's almost impossible to get the recipe that you want. I made so many trips to Basil and I could not find what I need to buy. To hire someone else to craft is diffcult too. Crafting from two star? Come on!

yeah sounds like you are complaining about two different things
- recipes available when you get to basil
- quantity of each recipe being sold
the latter shouldnt matter unless you're looking to be a recipe seller or something
It's unclear to me what is the problem you're trying to describe and what solution you propose to it...
