No hit stun = win

In LD this has made a lot more simple weapons become viable in combat. Before, only shock would remove hitstun, now other weapons can be just as deadly as the flourish (making more then 1 weapon the most powerful in the game????)

Seriously... getting rocked by a dvs, plague needle, sentenza... sometimes its worth firing all the bullets in a gun, all the ricochets of the alchemers hit now instead of bouncing off since they were hit a second earlier.
Instead of getting killed by a flourish/btb over and over and over. Sure helps with the variety in play.
Sure you can run in and spam full combo of flourish with all 3 hitting, but you'll pay for it if ya miss.
The hit and run with the first hit of flourish strike is still dominant in my eyes. People who lean heavily on it probably wont have too many problems adapting.... but we'll see.

Venom Striker is now the best sword in the game.
...And it also makes OP weapons even moreso. Take the hammer for instance. Before, the dash only inflicted one lot of damage. Now it hits for three. No more guardians anymore. Shield is destroyed instantly.
You see, this is great for people who zip around the field and avoid taking damage ever. Not so for the slow as sin guardian. Goodbye LD.

The bug makes toothpicks even more powerful, and makes combo spamming even more effective. I wouldn't mind if the hitstun was removed for guns only, but it's a bit much for swords given the DPS.

is this a QQ thread because there are other weapons that are just as/better than toothpicks? Omaigosh
