I have done this before, herding all the snipes into the garden in haven, however I tried this again today and two were stuck in the very bottom part of haven and wouldn't leave the stairs. I know there were 14 snipes the first time and now there are 16 snipes, so I'm wondering if two of them must stay in the lower part of haven?

Ok before they changed haven,
Ok before they changed haven, there were 14 snipes...after change there is 16 snipes. Two of them are stuck where you start when you log in. We couldn't get them to pass the same step on the stairs going up to the fountain. I was wondering if they actually are stuck there or if they were just being very stubborn.

Snipes stop and turn in a random direction when a player gets in their way.

Or you can stand on them and they'll 'shift' away from you. They'll move in the direction you're NOT standing on them on.
