PVP Mode: Boss Spiral Knights

This is a PVP mode where it's 3 knights against one giant knight, or the "boss".

In the lobby: Only 4 players at a time can play in each game. The "boss" knight is randomly picked and labeled as "Boss". The remaining knights are labeled as "attackers". The timer is set at 2 minutes before the game starts.

The arena: a stadium the size of vanaduke's arena; there are seats with knights cheering on each side of the stadium.

During the game: the attackers are positioned on the bottom side of the stadium, and the boss is positioned on the top side. The boss is as big as vanaduke, but running speed and attack speed has decreased by half. On the other hand, attack power has increased by half. The attackers are normal size and the are no changes to them.

Objective: The attackers have to defeat the boss, or the boss has to defeat the attackers.

Rewards for the winning team/player: I'm not sure about the amount of Krogmo Coins the winning team or player gets...

Before you go and say stuff like "this isn't enough info" or something like that, the thing is, I dreamed this suggestion up last night, so I only had most of the description in my head by the time i woke up...

anyway, the winners, which is either the attackers or boss, get 5 krogmo tokens.

Sounds like a good idea....

Sounds like a good idea.... Disregarding tokens and other rewards, because they take even more thought trying to balance out to avoid farming and abuse.

Couple of thoughts:
Turning speed is still the same?
Toothpick/2 swings have proportionate range?
Defence/hp increased? Because if not, its like 4 hits to kill, and that's literally 1 hit from everyone to kill the boss.
Knockback on the boss is disabled?
Interrupts on the boss is disabled?
Any status reductions, or is the boss going to just be shiver'd?

oops, hadn't thought of that...boss health is doubled and defense is increased by half, but no shield. Attackers start out with 5-pip vitapods and defense
pickups pop up momentarily for the attackers ONLY. Defense pickups double attackers' defense. Effect lasts for 10 seconds.

Depending on the weapon the boss is hit by, knockback is decreased by half.

What about the weapons of said boss? Does he use oversized versions of whatever he had equipped?

But also slowing him down will make it easy to kite with guns.

By proportionate I mean,

By proportionate I mean, would the swings still have the same range as knights, or would it increase with size. Say a swing is 1 square wide with a 60 degree arc. Would a boss, twice the size of knights for example, have a swing 2x as far?

Time effected by status is no problem, since haze bombs constantly apply the status.

With a slowed turning radius, we have the same problem/weakness/method of fighting as vanaduck. Namely, attacking around the behind of the boss.

@Jaunces: The boss can use their melee weapon, but no bombs or guns, and they can only have one weapon.
Yes, the weapon is re-sized to fit with the boss

@Demonicsothe: Yes, the range of the weapon will double. About the bombs, i need to change that. the effectiveness of the bomb decreases by half. I didn't decrease the boss' turning speed that much, just think how fast we normally turn, then halve it.

Geez, I should have thought this through a lot more before posting this idea. I am freaking out from all these questions.

This is not good. My idea is becoming more and more questionable. I would've never post an idea if I knew this would happen to me...
