Creating a costume for backstory

I need a costume (under 7k) that fits my backstory. Accessories that go "over the limit" are okay. Help is VERY appreciated.
Backstory
Soarel is a knight in gleaming steel that is always prepared with supplies and packages. He is a mercenary and will hire himself out to anyone.
Current load out includes a Seraphic Helm/Ashtail Coat, so feel free to include that.

I'm no good at costumes or fashion, but...
Mercenary sounds like a Mohawk of some variety to me.

Azure Guardian and Twinkle Aura. Maybe a crest.

Gleaming steel
Valkyrie Helm and Skolver Coat have a gleaming-ish look. Azure guardian or vanguard crest can represent your knighthood (and they're free). There aren't many accessories you can get for the remaining slots that (typically) cost less than 7k though.
