I did as I was advised to, sent an e-mail to support and didn't go complaining on the forum or in-game about my situation. But that was 6 days ago, and as much as I enjoy being permanently banned for " scamming " when it's quite obvious from my chat records and trade history I haven't scammed anyone, it gets old pretty fast. What must I do to get this bug fixed or at least get an answer from a Game Master?
Firstly... What did you mean by Permanently Banned? As in for real? Or just you've been somewhat recognized by the game that you've "enacted" scamming?
Second... Wait for a reply or send another support email.
