Open up T2 and T3 on the test server

So since I'm getting pretty bored on the regular server, I still find it amusing to go on the test server and just do whatever stuff I can do with 5000 mist. But because the last testing was for LD only, they removed the missions and thereby access to T2 and T3, which seems kinda pointless to me. Yes, we are lucky to get to test new content, but we did actually pay for it so I see no need to exclude certain content which is present on the regular server.
So please reinstate this and make the test server fully featured!

I can see that, but why not reinstate them in times like these when there is no testing to be focused on?

I don't mind, as it is kind of a sandbox mode which makes for a nice change from the actual server.

Those other parts and elements of the game are restricted to focus the players on testing what actually needs playtesting. If I recall during an old test opening, many players were only playing Lockdown instead, necessitating the removal of playing certain game content.
