buying from Brinks.

So I bought a Sealed Sword form Brinks and wanted to trade it. So I click on the Sealed Sword in my inventory while trade was open but it does not appear in the slots. Are the equipment drops Brinks gives you bound? Or is this an bug?

Everything from Brinks is bound, that's why Sealed Swords cost 50-60k on the Auction House.

I looked over the wiki page of Brinks. The "note" must have crossed my mind.
