How do I get a picture to show up on here above my name?!? Please somebody help me!! I stink at figuring out forums!

1- this should be in the

1- this should be in the ''new recruits'' section
2- next to the search bar, see forum preferences? click there, then on ''edit profile'', then scroll down and pick an image
