heat does go to everyone, but if a knight dies, they lose 1/3 of their current total, a portion of that goes to the knight who hp-revives them.

Pickups and whatnot...
Everything you guys pick up is distributed equally except crafting materials, which are given randomly to players.
For example, one player picks up a crown, everyone gets the value of that crown. So if a knight picks up a 5-crown coin, each person gets five crowns. Same with heat. Pickups like vials and pills are only given to the person who picks them up, but can be dropped for other players by clicking and dragging. Crafting materials are given randomly, but each player increases the drop rate of materials.

If you are poisoned, or if you are on fire,
It will make the status go away. So if you are on fire, and you use it, you wont be on fire anymore.

Blue Pill is a Remedy Capsule. Using it will instantly cure all status effects that ail you at the time of use. Really useful on the later Tiers.

Read the wiki anyway, it might be boring but theres good info in it :P I noticed you didnt talk to the NPCs in the arcade, talk to them they are vital to the game.
