I got to CE prices.
I think ten seconds is a record for videos from these forums.
The Purge is easy... Just Clear all of the current bids, Except the ones in the right range they want, and put some CE in the other Bit... Players will fill it up as they will...
Now, it wont work like magic they way I suggest, But a little work will be worth while on it... Another thing to note: If a whole guild of wealthy Knights puts another Wall up. Like the 3000 or so Bids for 7800cr... Its hard to stop that.
Overall, Quite nice to hear someone's voice... And nice to know its not BLAAAAGRAAAGEATOOOFORSTUPIDTHINGSITHINKARERIGHT!
My thoughts on this:
1. CE prices are not out of hand. They are only at the point where they are greatly slowing the T2 players, not to where they are actually killing the game.... its easy to make a profit playing the game and having fun still, as long as you don't spend a ton reviving in the clockworks.
2. A purge would do nothing but annoy everyone. The bids must go through to balance out as the purge would not effect the actual values for supply and demand. In fact, it would actually raise the price of CE, its far easier to put up a wall at 9K when there are no bids.
3. Adjusting the amount of CE going into the game permanently would hurt all people who have bought CE. While OOO has a history of not caring about large portions of their playerbase (E.G. new players get 120K CR worth in accessories and usables, existing ones don't), it would be a bad move on their part to adjust the amount of energy going in.
4. Being a small company is not an excuse. In fact, there are no such things as excuses in a market like this, especially with SEGA backing them up... they could do better.
5. The devs don't talk to us, or tell us what they think of our ideas. I have yet to hear feedback on my book of ideas, or any of my ideas. And I don't care if I'm being heard, I care if I'm hearing back.
