How big is the difference between High and Very High? Is it worth it going from CTR Low to Med? I got a Brandish CTR Low but I don't know if it's worth the effort going a bit higher.

About as much as I swing. It's a fair balance.
The Brandish line however seems perfect for charge spam. So I would probably use the charge more than the combo.

As for cost-effectiveness, CTR med will probably cost you 100kcr+. Decide for yourself if that's worthwhile.
