It can be attacked from all sides.
It is not the same size as a Trojan.
It is at the end of a level.
It is a boss, and not a Trojan.

I would consider him a mini-boss, he doesn't give tokens or any unique materials/items.

IMO, Razwog and Arkus belong on a miniboss page.
