well, I don't recommend most of it
Well, the unifying theme to that Hall of Heroes seller is "slow but heavy", but each item has to be evaluated on its own merits. For example, Callahan is slow and hard-hitting compared to most guns, but its actually rather light and nimble compared to the other piercing guns.
But maybe some other posters will respond in a more entertaining way. Cheers.

Volcanic Plate Shield is pretty cool, but doesn't look very good combined with Volcanic Demo Suit. :[

yes, it is implied she uses a 'gaurdian loadout', but it's never implied magnus and plate are related.
Those items are unrelated. There was no attempt to relate them, until the Hall of Heroes was made. For example, Callahan has nothing to do with Sudaruska really.
