Currently the party finder button shows random open parties only and I would rather have an option to search for specific missions or gates and tiers. All I see are a bunch of tier 1 gates which has no value to me. Of course, any open party showing up should still be an option but I'd prefer to be able to search for what I want to do specifically.

Also, there's a bug (not sure if intended) that makes you walk around if you use the scroll bar of the party finder.

The party finder seems very lackluster to me as of right now and I would like some improvements.

Go to what you specifically want and click 'join party' normally :p

I already know about that and since the find party feature is here you should be able to find a specific area. The same argument could be made for the entire find party feature itself, so there's no harm in making it more useful.

what surprise me the most was that bug. i hope they fix it cause it will be annoying to use while u have to walk around to scroll through it.

/about the party finder, is there a limit to the time someone can join someone. Like past the half gate of a level or when a party is more then half way through a run. because i would not want to come to a party that is already done with the dungeon and is already at the elevator heading down.

Oh yea, why not, lets abuse this new feature that OOO forced into the game and instead of making it actually help players in need to find parties it will help players to grind lvls they want. Searching for specific arena rich gates, specific arena tiers, constantly sniffing for KoA mission.

I'm pretty sure it'll pop up even if the party is near the end of the level. Once you find a party, the party stays there until it's full.

People who want to grind FSC don't need the help of this feature because they can just join a guild and grind FSC that way. Besides, FSC shows up a lot anyways. I'm talking about people who want help with some of the more difficult missions such as The Gauntlet or want to redo some of the fun levels like The Silent Legion. The Arcade is always changing so they could only join 1 arena for sure and the other arenas in the tier would be based on luck unless your party wants to wait.

What kind of help would a bunch of depth 1 gates be to players? It might help new players a bit but other then that it's not useful. Again, missions already provide the grinding you're so worried about.

I agree with Theonebackthere.
It's hard to find people to do the last few missions with, for example. When I did them I would often wait for ages for someone to join, and being able to just search for specific missions or tier parties would be very useful. You could just have the finder running while you hang around in haven, and it alerts you when somebody starts the party you're looking for.

Also: the little "Party found, led by Soandso" message would be better as "Party found, Gate X Depth Y."
