Okay so right now I am signing in with Steam. I REALLY want to purchase some in-game stuff but then I don't have a credit card.
And Steam needs credit card payment to purchase any or anything of it's games. Which means I cannot buy in-game SK stuff.
Now, I made a new account solely for buying in-game purchases because Three Rings actually support non-credit payment
Which means I could buy!

Now, I am interested in buying a 1-month Elevator Pass because that would mean I can keep on playing right?
What I'm wondering is, can the Elevator Pass be given to another account? Since I don't want it to go to my alt or purchasing account.
I want it to activate for my Steam account, which is my main (I regret finding this game from Steam.)
