There are 3 problem here:

Click the Party Finder button again to turn it off.

Problem: Only the first one might be a bug that can wait until next update.
If you don't want groups popping up then close it. To close it just re-click it as Katmint said, geez.
#1 isnt so bad and I dont get #2.
