I decided that I want a CTR UV on my Glacius. I'm was so desperate for a CTR (over medium) on my Glacius that I even gave up an ASI Very High for a slime low. I rolled about 7 UVs and got damage lows on all. I saved up so much crowns because CE prices are high and I have bad luck with UV rolling. So basically, I saved up enough crowns to roll three 2 UVs or eleven 1 UVS...which one should I do to get CTR Medium or higher? Or do I just wait it out considering my bad luck (probably get a silly accessory or another item)?
Glacius: 2 UVs, 1 UV, or just wait?

You definitely want to go
You definitely want to go with single rolls if CTR is all you're trying for. Doing so, you have a 250% higher chance of getting at least CTR med.
This is of course assuming you don't care about ASI or DMG.

Spectrumized is right; if you want one particular UV, then you should definitely buy single-UV tickets. Basically, a two-UV ticket gives you two chances to get the UV, but it costs more than twice as much as a single-UV ticket, so the expected payoff (in the sense of probability theory) is better with a single-UV ticket.

FAILED!
Took all of your advice and rolled eleven 1 UVs. Ended up getting the same UV as I started with...slime UV low. Went all the way to 3k crowns. It really is based on luck T_T

You mean that you have only 3,000 crowns remaining? I'm sorry, but not particularly surprised, to hear about your luck. The chances of getting (say) a CTR +3 or +4 unique variant is about 1/64. (The chances of getting CTR are about 1/8, and the chances of getting +3 or more seem to be about 1/8. See "Unique variant" for a little data.) So trying to get a specific UV like this can take a while. That's why it can be considered economical to buy a CTR +3 Brandish for 500,000 crowns; the expected cost from UV rolling is more like 1,280,000 crowns. :(

Ugh... You could have
Ugh... You could have (eventually) sold that ASI VH Glacius for a decent price, then bought a new CTR Medium Brandish from the Auction House to upgrade. You can buy a CTR Medium Brandish for around 100k-150k crowns.
Unless you're bored or feel like gambling, you should buy the UV you want instead of rolling.

My armor: Skolver Cap, Vog Cub Coat
My shield: Barbarous Thorn Shield
My trinkets: 1 Elite Quick Strike Module, 1 Elite Sword Focus Module
My weapons: Final Flourish [clean] and Combuster [CTR low]
Buffs on my Combuster: ASI very high, CTR ultra, DMG very high
the Brandish itself only cost me 4k cr <3
It's luck-based, all I can tell you. I'd go with the individual UVs. Why give up the ASI VH? It's perfect with CTR!
Anyways, my Glacius has CTR High and ASI Med, took two single rolls and two double rolls (with UV locking)
