I've just used the Finder to find a party, interesting thing, they were both apprentices and I was on rank Defender Elite.

But, the leading knight was in 4*. I would say the other is around 3/4*, but that's illrevelant.....

So I think it matches your star lv to the leaders. Yet the announcements say rank.......
