When you see an offer you like,
You can use the "Tell" or "Whisper" command.
For instance, if I wanted to talk to you,
I would type
/tell Sita Message
That would establish a private chat with you.
Use that chat to trade with people, ask there where
they are, which Haven they are in, or ask what the Price is.
Also, to change your Haven #, click Haven in top right (on map)
and it will let you switch Instances.
