I opened a Solstice Prize Box and saw 3 things jump out, summer confetti, winter confetti, and a 2 Star Variant Ticket. then the game froze, kinda.

you know how the screen turns darker and you cant click on anything or move until the opening is done? well after the opening finished opening, that darker overlay never went away, I couldn't move, chat, or open any menus. the other players were still moving, but I could not interact with anything.

finely the game window crashed and closed its self.

when I reopened the game and relogged in, the confetti was in my inventory, but the 2 Star Variant Ticket was not.

I would like this to be looked into, and if possible, the 2 Variant Ticket be placed into my inventory.

it should be noted that I went to punch and the only ticket that was usable was the 1 Star Variant Tickets that I won before from other boxes.
