Hi!
I bought the battlepack and it promised me 3 solstice crates. So far i have only received 2 of them. The reason why I´m writing here is because i can´t contact support anywhere. I have tried the support portal but all the ''contact us'' links just opened a blank page. So what should i do now?

Wait, the battlepack is supposed to give 2 boxes really. It costs 24.95.
The promo says one box every $9.95
And it clearly specifies it gives out 2 boxes on the depot.

Nope, look at my transaction. I took a image of it:

It clearly says 3 Solstice boxes. And I only recieved 2.
And I aslo have the problem with any contacting of support. It only shows up a blank page.
With me it also showed the 3 solstice boxes like yours, but in the end i got 2, what should i do i want the stuff i paid for. :/
I don't know. Since neither of us can contact support this leads to a mystery. I will try everything to contact them!

Its advertised to get 1 box every 10 dollars. On that image i see 19.69e, wich is like 25 dollars, not 30. There must have been a missuderstanding in the item description or euro to dollar conversion. You should only get 2 boxes.
Even though giving misleading information on my purchase irritates me. Also it is wrong if you promise 3 and give 2. That kind of bug should be fixed and not left there, because it is very misleading to get the promise of 3 AND before the euro transaction it said 30.24$ which should be worth 3 solstice boxes.
Juances, yes that must have been what happened. Now I see a bit clearer. Must have been a misunderstanding :)

Rangerwill is on the right track here, VAT is being a nuisance in some cases, unfortunately. Please contact our billing department about any issues of this sort, they'll be happy to look into this and fix things for you, if there's a problem with missing Solstice boxes.

Please chose Billing Inquiries, that will send your request straight to the colleagues in charge of billing support. If possible also list your account name and the name of your main knight right away.
If the support page refuses to cooperate, please simply send a mail to support@spiralknights.com. It will take a little longer to process, but we'll definitely get back to you. Just make sure you include your account and knight name.
I have the same problem as you. I want what I payed for.
When I bought the 9,500 CE package ( 3 Solstice boxes + Battle Pack)
I only got 2 Solstice boxes out of 3. I have the evidence of this with an
screenshot I took and you can (game masters) check my billing history.
I REALLY want to trust that the in game purchasing is working correctly
so I won't be afraid of buying in the future. Please fix this unbearable bug.
