It's boring to have 30 swords, 10 armors and helms.
So i want to sell( or delete) my used items.
But i cannot because "it's not tradeable".
How can i sell (or delete) them if its possible

you have all this stuff and yet you don't know how to unbind stuff? I'm pretty sure the gremlins are even in one of the tutorial missions.
but anyways, go to the bazaar, to the right of the token vendor is two gremlins. one is for UVs, one is for unbinding items so they can be traded.
you could also just sell them to a vendor without having to unbind them
If the items bound to you, you have to unbind it with a ticket. you can also sell it to venders, but you dont get as much crowns
