Hello,

So after the newest patch I went to play the game and the download went well as usual, but when I went to click on my character, it froze with the character clicked and the words "Entering Ready Room." But I was still able to click on buttons such as the logout button that would take me back to the title screen. After thinking I decided I would see if reinstalling the game would do anything, and that brings us to the next problem.

The download for the game keeps freezing and I am unable to redownload the game, it freezes around 18-20% and then the timer just keeps going up. I am unable to play the game because of these problems and would really appreciate any help I could get.
