How exactly do I lock in a varient?

The new Punch shows the
The new Punch shows the variants you have on the left, then to the right of that is a button to lock that particular variant, and on the right it shows what variants you get (anything not checked will be listed as "Random"). You can't lock variants if you are only doing a 1* ticket.
There's a button that says lock variant.
