Or you can press the Speech button.
It goes away anyway. To stop the Party finder ones from poping, press on the finder again.

On the forum page (with all the threads on), there is a button in the top-left that says 'Create New Topic'.
Also...
If they are ideas, then I recommend these:
1. DO NOT post threads about pets or dual wielding, or any clearly not-thought-through ideas.
2. Please only post in Suggestions with ideas.
It looks like hitting the x is the new "hide" button. you have to decline to make it go away.
