1. 3 star with at least 1 4 star peice of equipment.

Ranking up:

Recruit: 3 star with at least one 4 star peice of equipment.
Member: Full set of 4 star equipment.
Veteran: Must have full set of 5 star equipment, time put into the guild, and must be active.
Officer: Decided by the guild masters. Must have lots of time into the guild and game, active, and must be funny.
