35k crowns? that's like 400-something CE. that's not worth spending $6 on.
at the original poster: here's the deal with steam trades, the general consensus is that you should make more from a trade than buying from OOO. the BEST rate OOO can offer is .4, or 400/$. I offer the best rate out of any trader on the forums at 550/$, so for me to buy OCH I require 3.3k CE. Every other *regular* trader on the forums requires more. If you want a quick sell, you can sell cheaper, but never ever settle for less than 450/$ or it'd be better buying from OOO.
